Rabbi Mendy Schapiro, born and raised in Brooklyn NY, studied in Yeshivos in New York, Florida, and Israel culminating with his graduation from Rabbinical college in Atlanta, Georgia in 2006 where he received his rabbinical ordination from Rabbi Dovid Schochet, chief Rabbbi of the Rabbinical council of Canada. Rabbi Mendy also served as a student intern providing educational programs and holiday events benefiting Jewish communities around the world including Russia, Greece, Germany, Switzerland, and cities across the USA.

 

Rabbi Mendy is an accomplished educator specializing in Jewish educational programming.

Esther Schapiro grew up in Squirrel Hill and attended Yeshiva Schools from pre-school, until her graduation in the twelfth grade class of 2004. As the daughter of Rabbi & Mrs. Yisroel Rosenfeld, Deans of Yeshiva Schools, Esther was shown the example of commitment to community early on. Esther continued her studies at Seminary Machon Alta in Tzfat, Israel, before she returned to Pittsburgh to excel as a teacher at Yeshiva, as well as coordinating Jewish Children's Educational programming in various religious schools around the city

The Schapiros are joined by their children Eli, Chana, MordechaiKeny, Mushka, Rivka, and Sara, who already have become a primary partner in their parent’s work.
